Grape variety: Trebbiano di Lugana (Turbiana) 80%, Sauvignon 20%

Vineyard and production area: The grapes come from our vineyards located in the southernmost area of Lake Garda.

Training system: Row crop with guyot pruning.

Vinification and refinement: In stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, with subsequent refinement in the bottle for at least three months.

The tasting:

Color: Brilliant straw yellow.

Bouquet: Elegant bouquet of jasmine flower, apple, citrus, yellow peach and dwarf peach.

Taste: Enveloping in the mouth, fresh and delicate with aromatic references. Velvety, it has a rich and fragrant finish.

Food pairings: Appetizers, seafood salad, first courses with fish. Recommended with light second courses without dressings or seasonings.
