Grape variety: Trebbiano di Lugana (Turbiana) 100%
Vineyard and production area: The grapes come from the Camilla vineyard grown in the first limestone-clay belt of Lake Garda. The area is part of the new "Plis della Battaglia" park in Desenzano.
Training system: Row crop with guyot pruning.
Vinification and refinement: Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature followed by post-bottling refinement for at least three months.
The tasting:
Color: Shiny straw yellow with light green nuances.
Bouquet: Intense with fresh scents of flowers and fragrant fruits and notes of apricot jam, candied citrus peel and amaretto.
Taste: Fresh and appetizing with pleasant aromatic hues. Of good persistence, enveloping and full bodied. Pleasant and fresh aromatic references characterize the lingering end taste.
Food pairings: Seafood crudites, shellfish, fish and vegetable risotto, delicate second courses of fish and poultry.
