Vineyard and production area: Selected grapes from the first limestone-clay belt of Lake Garda.
Training system: Row crop with guyot pruning.
Vinification and refinement: Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Six months in 500 liters Tonneaux with subsequent refinement for at least six months in the bottle.
The tasting:
Color: Intense strawyellow with golden highlights
Bouquet: Citrus and sweet spice notes with hints of ripe fruit and white flowers.
Taste: Fresh and mineral with good structure, balanced, the finish is long and refined.
Food pairings: Great with fish, shellfish, vegetable dishes, fresh cheeses and white meats.
